Design Statement:
This design focuses on the 50+ buyer wishing to downsize in a single-family home with design sizzle. This buyer leads an active lifestyle and is likely still to be working. The maintenance-free exteriors reflect a Colorado-grown mountain style popular in this market. Where possible, steps have been managed and minimized to provide an ease of access route. There is a large, well-appointed kitchen that will not disappoint the seasoned cook. A large master suite with optional fireplaces offers direct access to covered outdoor living space. A master bath features a no-curb shower: a sexy, spa-like design that is also an ease-of-use detail. The master bath connects to a walk-in closet, which connects directly to the laundry center. Plan options include a 5-piece master bath with a soaking tub and shower. A scullery providing the owner a kitchen prep alcove can optioned to a pantry or wet bar or used as an office alcove. A garage extension can be added for that oversized truck or SUV. While the plan features main floor living, an optional finished lower level can provide two bedrooms and a spacious recreation/media room with wet bar.
