Vantage Warranty

Introducing the New Vantage 1-2-5 Warranty!  Vantage Homes is committed to standing behind our work and putting it in writing. The basics of the Vantage New Home Warranty includes:

• One Year Limited Warranty: Workmanship and materials

• Two Year Limited Warranty: Plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems

• Five Year Limited Structural Warranty on structural defects

   

The Vantage New Home Warranty is assigned to the original homeowner. All sales contracts written on or after October 15th, 2006 are covered by the Vantage extended warranty as described above.  Please review your Vantage Limited Warranty Agreement for specific terms and effective dates.
